Balik Kampung

The face carving of Buddha, on planks of timber, that Alan and I have shipped from Thailand back to Sri Lanka. All the trouble I had to go through to get our personal effects. Luckily, our driver Milton was there to take me to the right places, and to sort out the Customs matters.

I have not dealt with as many people (about 35) as I have today for a single task, considering all those processes, procedures and paperwork involved.

Anyway, Alan and I are just relieved that it is now with us...
