Balik Kampung

This is Raja... he now works for us too. He cleans the place well, and I am also teaching him how to cook. We have cooked some stuff together already. For instance, the first day we did spaghetti, then the muffins for the pool guys, and pizza etc. etc.

I can see his love and passion for cooking, he writes down the recipes and the instructions after each cooking that we have done together. He likes to write a lot, detailing the stuff that he has done for the day and stuff.

Raja starts at 8am and finishes at 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Breakfast, Lunch and Tea provided for by Chef Alan and "Chef Otoko", which is what he calls me... I am enjoying my cheffy status, to be honest. :)
