Passion Fruit Cake
Added strawberry yoghurt (already in the fridge) to the cake mixture and it was indeed a good combination with the passion fruit, like what Alan had suggested. I would probably try with plain yoghurt next time and make a comparison.
Two slices of the passion fruit cake with a scoop of ice-cream... YUMMY!
