I made this jam, stuck the label (below) and gave it to our neighbour who sold us the plants for our swimming pool. We bought 40 pots of that, and she (together with her daughter and son) delivered the plants, along with a bag of starfruits for Alan and myself. I decided to make this pineapple, mango and passionfruit jam for her. Oh... I found out that Sri Lankans do not like passionfruit seeds (or perhaps only our houseboys). Anyway, I made her one without the seeds. I love passionfruit seeds.
