Dinner for ONE
Alan had a staff function to attend in Colombo, but I had already planned to cook the tuna served with mango salad in Thai dressing. Well, couldn't let the tuna go to waste and so I pan-fried it. The seasoning on the fish was good, not sure what I added though. But the mango salad in Thai dressing, I thought was well executed.

Oh... mangoes are from our garden and the tuna was given to Alan from the training school down south.
