That was dinner for us at home - Beef Tenderloin with roasted potatoes & beetroots in pesto & cream.
I made two jars of pesto in the afternoon, but wasn't sure if I could use it with fresh cream. I am not a fan of cream-based items, but Alan made this really yum-yum.
