That's about 2 years having the Blue Ginger (also known as Galangal, or Kha in Thai) in that same spot. I decided to separate them and plant them along the wall.

We have also started growing turmeric in our vegie garden, I use them essentially for Hay Bee Hiang, which is dried prawn sambal. Turmeric powder simply does not provide the Omphhh.
