Daniel has been a great friend of mine for a long while, too many years of friendship. It was a pleasant surprise to have caught up with him when I was waiting for Vic & ET to eat Japanese food at Waraku.
I had to give Daniel's business card to Mom, to sort out my sister's and thus, posting his namecard here in case I need his help with real estate, or any of my friends looking for an agent.
