A whopping 3.5 kg block of Bengodi's Parmigiano Reggiano, which Sathees' brother-in-law has so kindly brought in for us from the UK. The whole 3.5 kg block costs GBP53.
Parmesan Cheese is pretty difficult to get here in Sri Lanka, but to use up the entire 3.5 kg will probably be quite a challenge too.
