We had 4 x jackfruits plunged to the ground this morning, and the 5th one dropped in the afternoon. That's way too many jackfruits, and so much sharing that the neighbours, and friends are saying "No, thank you".
I have already frozen 10 packets, but there's still another 25 x jackfruits. What do I do?
One of the reasons why our neighbours & friends do not want them as they thought they were off. In fact, this variety that we have in our garden has extremely soft flesh, kind of melt-in-your-mouth type. Or, quite typically a cross between 'champinee' and jackfruit. Excellent for smoothie (so smooth) and the flavour is really strong.
I am not kidding when I say I have heaps to give away. LoL
